You’re 42% more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down. We needed to convey that truth to students in a way that would inspire them. So first we built a massive inspiration installation made out of Post-Its that featured real goals from real students. Then we enlisted Hailee Steinfeld to deliver an empowering poem in front of it.
